To complete the application you may pay by credit card or e-check.  When paying by either of these two methods you do not need to mail the registration form and your registration status will immediately be changed to "Applied".

New payment option!  E-CHECK!!!   With a payment by e-check there's no need to print a copy of the registration, find an envelope, buy a stamp, put it in a mailbox, and then wait to see when it's delivered and posted.  Simply enter the information from your check (name, address, bank name, routing number, account number and account type [checking or saving]).
