  • Team's Waiver form signed by players' parents if under 18 must be presented at check in.
  • Team's Waiver form signed by all players over 18 must be presented at check in.
  • U6-U15 players must present player card and/or birth certificate.
  • U16-Adult players must present player card and/or Driver's License.
