Kyle Griffith

Kyle Griffith is in his first season as the Andrew College Men's Soccer Head Coach. Coach Griffith joins Andrew College after serving as a Staff Coach at IMG Academy, working primarily with the MLSNext Boy's teams in Bradenton, Florida. Prior to that, Kyle was a Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy in Jacksonville, Florida, one of the largest soccer clubs in the southeast. Kyle also served as the associate head coach for the women's soccer program at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville and was instrumental in their 2021 Regional Championship and NCCAA Final Four appearance, the first in the program's history. Kyle has experience coaching at the high school level as well. He was the head varsity girls' soccer coach at Christ's Church Academy in Jacksonville for two seasons leading them to the program's first District Championship and first-ever appearance at a Regional Final in 2021.


Kyle was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and currently lives in Cuthbert.

Simon Boos

Simon Boos is in his first season as the men's soccer Assistant Coach. Simon was born in Orlando, Florida but moved to Mannheim, Germany when he was 3 years old. It was there where he played and learned to love the game of soccer. Simon played for Waldhof Mannheim in the youth academy before making the switch to Fortuna Heddesheim where he played for thier 5th division team.


Coach Boos' primary responsibillity will be working with the goalkeepers as well as overseeing the strength and conditioning of the men's team.
