Tasha Flynn

Tasha Flynn returns as the sixth head coach of the Lady Railsplitter soccer program, after serving as a volunteer assistant for the past two seasons. Flynn played a major role in the 21-6-2 overall record in her time on the staff.


From 2014-16, Flynn was the head coach at Central Baptist (Ark.), compiling 10 wins over three seasons. She then led the Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) program from 2017-18, collecting 11 wins over the two seasons.


She has also worked in the professional soccer ranks with the New York Red Bulls and Sporting KC. She finished her playing career at Missouri State as she graduated with a degree in exercise and movement science. Flynn then pursued her master's degree in kinesiology while serving as a graduate assistant at Central Arkansas.


Tasha resides in Harrogate with her husband Asher, who is a professor in the exercise science department and the sport scientist for the women’s soccer program.

Kaitlyn Jones

A native of Bradenton, Florida, Jones was appointed full-time assistant women’s soccer coach at Lincoln Memorial University on July 3rd, 2023.


Prior to Lincoln Memorial, Jones worked as the head coach for club Cincinnati United from August 2021 to May 2023, coached several U9 & U10 girls teams. In addition, she also graduated from Xavier University with a Master of Education in Coaching Education and Athlete Development in May 2023.


Jones began at Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH) in August 2021 in the role of Director of Soccer Operations and Director of Player Analysis. First season (2021-22) at Xavier ended with a 16-3-1 record, Big East Regular Season title, Coaching Staff of the Year, appearance in the semifinal of the Big East Tournament (lost 1-0 to St. John's), and bid to the NCAA Tournament. Lost in the First Round 1-0 to Milwaukee. Her second season (2022-23) at Xavier ended with a 14-4-5 record, undefeated Big East regular season conference run, appearance in the Big East Tournament Championship game (lost 1-0 to Georgetown), and bid to the NCAA Tournament. Beat #22 University of Tennessee in the First Round 4-1 in double overtime and lost in the Second Round to #11 University of Virginia 3-1.


In her time competing, Jones played collegiately for Westminster College (New Wilmington, PA) and semi-professionally with the Florida Tropics in Lakeland, FL. She was medically retired in the fall of 2019 (junior year at Westminster College); stepping into a student-assistant coach role for the team. Went 18-7-5 over the course of two seasons in that role while finishing up undergrad.
