Donyé Monroe

Donyé Monroe was elevated to head women's soccer coach in April of 2023. The 2023 season will mark her third year at Manchester and first year as head coach.


No stranger to the Manchester women's soccer program, Monroe previously served as an assistant coach for the Spartans during two seasons. In 2022, Bridget Nash and Jayden Murray earned All-HCAC Honorable Mention honors. First-year Chaelinn Hutchins was named to the Christopher M. Ragsdale Sportmanship team while a trio of Spartans earned Acacdemic All-HCAC honors.


During her first season on the Manchester sidelines, the Manchester women's soccer program produced a school-best 10 Academic All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference honorees. A pair of Spartans, Adelle Stanko and Bridget Nash, earned Honorable Mention All-HCAC recognition. Laying the foundation to rebuild the program, Coach Monroe assisted Manchester to a 1-0 OT win over regional rival Huntington for the first time in 15 years.


Prior to arriving in North Manchester, Monroe spent time as the assistant soccer coach at Villa Rica High School located in Georgia. She also spent time as an assistant coach at Bay Springs Middle School and time as a head coach at the Carolina Elite Soccer Academy (CESA).


From 2015-17, Monroe was a member of the University of South Carolina Upstate women's soccer program.


Monroe earned a bachelor's degree in sport management from the University of West Georgia in 2020. She also minored in psychology. In 2021, Monroe earned a master's degree in sport management from the University of West Georgia.

Colin Kaurich

Colin Kaurich joined the Manchester University women’s soccer coaching staff in June 2023. The fall 2023 season will mark his first season on the Black & Gold sideline.


Kaurich arrived in North Manchester after serving as Graduate Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at NCAA Division III-member Keystone College, located in La Plume, Pennsylvania. During his two-year stint with the Giants, Kaurich helped lead the women’s soccer program to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) tournament for the first time since 2018. Eight women’s soccer athletes earned All-Conference accolades, including the CSAC Women’s Soccer Rookie of the Year. 15 of Coach Kaurich’s athletes also earned Academic All-Conference honors.


Prior to his two years at Keystone College, Kaurich spent five years as assistant coach for girls’ soccer at Hamilton Heights High School located in Arcadia, Indiana.


Kaurich earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Earlham College in 2021. He also was a member of the Earlham men's soccer program, where he played goalkeeper for the Quakers. Kaurich earned his Master of Business Administration from Keystone College in 2023.
