Rob Hill

Rob Hill returns as Head Coach of the Men and women’s soccer program at Northwest College after a 4 year absence. In his first season the men’s team was Region IX Runner-up and Region IX Champions in 2011 posting a 15-5-2 record and gained National Ranking. Coach Hill was named the NJCAA Region IX Coach of the Year in 2010 and Co-Coach of the Year in 2011. In 2012 Northwest was crowned District Champions and qualified for the National tournament and Hill was named 2012 West District Coach of the Year and ranked #15 in the National poll.


Prior to the college level, Hill was a club coach and High school Head Coach. He has fielded seven state championship teams, four in U.S. Youth Soccer and three at the high school level. Add to that four conference titles and one regional title. His 2008-09 high school team set the state record for 104 goals while conceding only 9 the entire season. His Broncs surrendered only once during 2007-2009 seasons to post a two-year cumulative 33-1-1 record.


Rob returns from Boise where he was the Associate Technical Director and Girls Director at Idaho Rush. At Rush Rob coached several teams in the National League as well as five Idaho State Championships and was the College advisor for Rush.


Hill holds a Dual Major Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Physical Education and History and the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, he is formerly the NSCAA State Technical Coordinator for Wyoming, conducting all the NSCAA non-residential coaching courses for the state.
