TEAM CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS

DEADLINE TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS:

5:00PM on THURSDAY, AUGUST 10th.

START EARLY TO ALLOW TIME FOR CORRECTIONS!

Online Check-In is MANDATORY for all participating teams.

A TOURNAMENT-APPROVED ROSTER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAMS

AND IS ISSUED FOLLOWING APPROVAL OF PLAYER DOCUMENTATION.

NO SATURDAY CHECK IN. PLAN AHEAD!

Please review the requirements and deadlines carefully!

For most teams and managers, this is the first event of the season - COMPLETE documentation is still required for EVERY participating player. Please start early. We do not accept any late documentation, even for single players.

There is no team/tournament liability release for this event.

ONLINE CHECK-IN:

There is a $20 non-refundable fee paid to Soccer in College, which conducts document review and approval. All documents must be UPLOADED by 5:00pm on THURSDAY, AUGUST 10 to allow time for review and approval. You must print your approved tournament roster to show to referees.

CSA Contact for team check-in is pkeen@charlottesocceracademy.com. CSA does not take payment, review or approve documents for online check-in. Those tasks are accomplished by Soccer in College.

No mixed-association documentation permitted. All players must be certified by same authority.

2022-2023 documentation accepted only for FULL TEAMS.
