• Crossroads of the South 12U-19U Girls and Boys (11v11)
      We are pleased to invite YOUR team to attend to the 40th Annual Mississippi Rush Crossroads of The South tournament hosted by Jackson Futbol Club.

      2020 Tournament dates are October 17-18, 2020 for U12-U19U Boys and Girls 11v11 teams. Play for this weekend is strictly 11v11. U12 teams wishing to play 11v11, should apply for the U13 silver and bronze divisions.  Should a true U12 division form, we group U12 teams together when possible. The tournament weekend for U8-U12 (7v7 and 9v9 play) is November 6-8, 2020. Rec-Plus and D2 levels are offered! 

       

      **If tournament cannot be played due to Covid-19 restrictions,entry fees will be refunded. **

      Applications will be available online beginning June 15, 2020 by clicking the "Apply" button above. Once you complete your registration, you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. This is a stay to play tournament. We are proud to partner with CSTT Sports for all your tournament housing needs. Teams who travel greater than 75 miles, are required to use the tournament service, or will be assessed a fine.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2020.

      Tournament acceptance will begin after your payment has been received. Teams are not guaranteed acceptance. 
       
      This tournament will be unrestricted and sanctioned by both US Youth Soccer (Mississippi Soccer Association), and US Club Soccer.

      • Schedule timeline

        Preliminary schedules for the weekend will be published by Monday, October 12 at 3:00pm if not before. An email will go out to all registered teams at that time. Schedules will be considered final for the weekend by Tuesday, October 13 at 8:00pm and no changes will be made after that time. When schedules are considered final another email will go out to all coaches and managers at that time.  

      • Parking Charge

        There is a $5 charge for cars and $25 for RV's for the weekend. The pass covers the entire tournament weekend at all complexes.

      • From our trainers

        Trainers from MS Sports Medicine will be onsite at the JFC Complex only. Please remember that the primary job of our trainers at the tournament is to treat "In Game" injuries, and they have to be available and on call to do that. Ankle pre-wraps etc. are on a best efforts basis only. The trainer will do prewraps if he/she has time and are not dealing with an injury. In order to get prewrapped, players need to bring their own tape and wrap materials.

      • Online checkin

        Online checkin will available beginning August 1, 2020. In order to participate it must be started by Friday,October 16 at 9:00AM(EST) and completed by Friday, October 16 at 5:00pm (EST).
    • Application Info
      The online application system will open on June 15, 2020. Applications will be accepted from June 15, 2020 until September 30, 2020. After September 30th teams will be wait-listed and accepted on an as needed basis. Last year’s tournament featured 200 girls and boys teams from all over Region 3 Central and beyond over the course of 2 weekends. Every effort will be made to accommodate coaching conflicts as long as it is noted on your application or communicated to the tournament director at crossroadstournament@aol.com by the application deadline of September 30, 2020. Make plans now to attend this premier event. .
