    • Team Managers' To-Do List

      Thank you for registering to be in our tournament and taking on the role of team manager. We understand being a team manager is a thankless and time-consuming task so we've put together a checklist for you to help make your tournament experience great!
       
      1. Register for the tournament by September 25, 2022: 
      We are asking teams to submit payment at the time they register so please have credit card handy at the time of registration.
       
      2. Submit Registration Fee by September 25, 2022
      Teams will not be accepted to the tournament until payment is made. 
       
      3. Book hotel rooms and receive acceptance email.
      All teams must book hotels through Anthony Travel to comply with our Stay to Play Policy. Hotel assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Teams are eligible for housing as soon as they have registered. 
      Teams found to be in violation of the Stay to Play requirement are subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee and will jeopardize their participation in future NCFC Youth tournaments.

      Acceptance Email
      You will be notified via email of your acceptance into the tournament. We use a rolling acceptance process so the sooner you turn in your application, the better. 
      You do NOT have to wait to be accepted into the tournament. Rooms fill quickly so register as soon as you are eligible.

      4. Prepare documents for Online Check-In 
      Original Team Roster
       
      Current and completed Medical Release Forms: Each player must have a current medical release form to play in our tournament. Per North Carolina State Law: If there is a place on the form for a notary, then that form MUST be notarized, even if it's an out-of-state medical release.
      US Club Teams - each player must have a US Club Medical Waiver form. Only US Club medical forms will be accepted for US Club teams per US Club rules.
       
      Current laminated player passes for all players and coaches: Please note - player cards from USYS and US Club may not be mixed.
       
      Notification to Travel Form: All USYS teams need Notification to Travel forms from their state association. Only teams from North Carolina are excluded from turning in the Notification to Travel form.
       
      Guest Players Documentation: If you have guest players on your                 team you must bring the following:
      2022-2023 Completed Guest Player Roster from your state                             organization. If your guest player is from out of state, you will need to completed interstate permission form.
      Current Medical Release form completed with your team information.
      2022-2023 Laminated Player Pass if your team is a USYS team, the               guest player pass must also be a USYS laminated player pass. 
      Interstate Permission form if the guest player is from out of state. 
      US Club - must have 5 copies of the US Club Player Loan Form. If                   your team is a US Club team, the guest player must have a US Club               laminated player pass. Guest player must also have a completed                     and signed US Club Medical Waiver form.
       
      5. Check-in: Online ONLY
      Team check-in will be online check-in ONLY for all teams (including NCFC Youth teams) and must be completed by the deadline date listed on the tournament home page. There is no fee to complete online check-in. The process cannot be started until your team is accepted. 

      **PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE TO ADD GUEST PLAYERS TO YOUR ROSTER IS THE SAME AS THE ONLINE CHECK-IN DEADLINE. GUEST PLAYERS CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER THE ONLINE CHECK-IN DEADLINE. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.**

      THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON TEAM CHECK-IN.
