  Tournament Details
  
  100% of proceeds will support NCFC Youth's Financial Aid fund
  
  Cost: $200 for youth and adult teams
  
  Registration Deadline: January 22, 2024
  
  Team Divisions: Boys and Girls U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U16, U19, Adults (Men, Women, Over 50 (Men), and Co-ed/Open)
  
  All teams will be accepted to participate and we will do the best we can to try and bracket similar skill level teams together but this is all dependent on the field of teams
  
  Tournament Rules & Game Format (for U7+ and Adults)
  
  4 v 4 (no goalkeepers)
  
  Single day tournament
  
  Four players on the field per team
  
  Max of eight (8) players per roster
  
  40 x 30 yard field
  
  No offside, one referee (who donates their time to the event)
  
  Two twelve (12) minute halves with a 2 minute halftime
  
  4 games guaranteed
  
  Winners will get bragging rights; no medals or trophies are awarded during this event to keep the focus on the mission of the event
  
  A player can only play for one team
  
  All players must wear matching jerseys/shirts; in the event of similar colored jerseys, the home team will be asked to change.

  Player and Team Structure
  
  Youth
  
  Players may compete UP a level but not down a level.
  
  Birthyear Age Groups determined by Fall USYS Birthyear groups. (see rules for clarifications)
  
  Youth teams must have a coach (21 years of age or older).
  
  Proof of age & playing division is required
  
  Teams may be formed from current teams or be newly formed teams
  
  Adult
  
  Teams can register for Men's, Women's, or Co-Ed Division
  
  For Co-Ed division, 1 female must be on the field at all times
  
  Adult teams do not require a "coach" but a team representative to coordinate rosters, etc.
  
  Event Proceeds
  
  100% of 4v4 proceeds will be support NCFC Youth's financial aid program which gives players the opportunity to play at any level of NCFC Youth with club fee assistance. Financial Aid fills the gap between what a family can afford to pay and the program club fee. Families must apply for financial aid and provide supporting documentation that demonstrates a financial need. Each year, NCFC Youth distributes more than $440,000 in financial aid, and the demand continues to grow.
  
  At the event, we encourage players, coaches, and families to bring gently used soccer equipment, clothing, etc. that we can collect and distribute to local and global organizations who are dedicated to growing the game. We will partner with DonateSport to distribute collected items all over the world.
