Sunday, Oct 20 - Application window closes

Wednesday, Oct 23 - All payments due (All accepted teams must be paid in full in order to be scheduled)

Friday, Oct 25 - Team contacts receive first draft of schedule

Sunday, Oct 27 - Team contacts receive second draft of schedule (if needed)

Monday, Oct 28 - Final schedule published online by 5:00 PM

Thursday, Oct 31 - All teams must complete online check-in by 5:00 PM
