Check-in Details PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE LOCATION OF YOUR FIRST GAME AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME.  AT MAYOR BOB LEONARD PARK, PLEASE LOOK FOR THE TOURNAMENT TENT BETWEEN FIELDS 1 AND 2, AND AT THE OTHER LOCATIONS, LOOK FOR A SITE DIRECTOR TENT.  PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO CHECK IN:   ROSTERS:  Five copies of your team's roster.  We will keep one copy and return the others to you to present to the center referee at each of your games.  Please make sure you include or write each player's jersey number on your roster. If you have guest players, please write their name, birthday and jersey number on your roster, and, to the extent required by your state association, present guest player approval forms.    MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:  Every rostered or guest player must have a medical release available. You may use the current forms you are using that are approved by your sanctioning organization. You will not be required to present them when checking in, but please have them with you throughout the tournament.   COACHES & PLAYER PASSES:  All coaches & players must have valid, laminated player passes with the necessary signatures & picture. Please have them in alphabetical order to ensure a smooth check in process.   TRAVEL PERMITS:  If you are traveling from outside of Tennessee and are required to have a travel permit, please bring a copy of your State form to check in.
