Tournament General Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
Eligibility:
U9-U19 USYS State Associations, US Club Soccer and other USSF affiliated teams.
Fees and Deadlines:
- Registration and Fees Deadline: August 16, 2023
- U8 - $600
- U9-U10 $625
- U11-U12 $650
- U13-U15 $675
- U16-U19 $700
Number of Games:
Each team will play a minimum of three (3) games.
Registration and Payment of Tournament Entry Fees:
All Registration and payments are Online.
Refunds:
- There will be no refunds if the tournament event is cancelled in whole or in part.
- COVID-19 Refund - If the tournament is canceled due to covid-19, we will REFUND the full amount less $35 administration fee.
- Once your entry fee is received, it is non refundable.However, if your
team is not accepted into the tournament by the tournament director, we will
refund you entire entry fee.
Accommodations:
All traveling teams with overnight stay must book their hotel accommodations at one of the designated tournament host hotels listed under the hotels (Listed Below) tab above to be eligible to participate in the tournament event.
Rosters and Field Dimensions:
- U9-U10 (7v7) 12 players maximum identified at registration
- U11-U12 (9v9) 14 players identified at registration.
- U13-U19(11v11) 18 Players maximum identified at registration
- Player cards or Digital player cards will be checked prior to each match
Field and Goal Dimensions - we follow USYS guidelines and the site director's recommendations.
Guest Players:
- Four (4) guest players are permitted for all age groups.
- US Club Soccer teams may only take guest players registered under US Club Soccer.
- USYSA teams may only take guest players registered with properly stamped USYSA player pass cards.
Game Format:
- U9-U10: 7v7
- U11-U12: 9v9
- U13-U18: 11v11
US-Soccer-Sanctioning-Body:
Tournament is sanctioned by SCYS/USYS.
