Check-In should be submitted no later than 8/8/2024
Event Check-in for the playdates is an easy one time task. Prior to the first playdate, your team will need to fill out the check-in form below. All that is required in the form is a filled-out event waiver which can be found below. We prefer one waiver per team, but understand that isn't always possible. You may upload up to 10 documents within the form if everyone can not fill out the same waiver.
After you have submitted your waiver through the form you are good to go, you are able to just show up and play! If you add players to your roster throughout the season please email gayle@snapsoccer.com
EVERY TEAM PARTICIPATING WILL NEED TO FILL OUT THE BELOW WAIVER AND SUBMIT IT USING THE CHECK-IN FORM.
