      • Inclement Weather

Regardless of weather conditions, coaches and their teams must appear on the field and be ready to play as scheduled unless play has been halted by the tournament director. A forfeit will be awarded if a team is not prepared to play within 15 minutes after the scheduled match time. Only the Tournament Director or his/her designee has the power to cancel, postpone or shorten any match prior to its commencement. Matches will not begin, and matches will not be allowed to continue, if lightning exists within the allowed distance from the park. If an age group’s competition cannot be completed through the championship match due to poor weather conditions, the Tournament Director will determine the division winner and runner-up. We will mail medals to champions and finalists if needed. The Tournament Director’s decisions will be final and will not be subject to protest or appeal.

        1. Should a match be terminated due to bad weather conditions after one half has been completed or if a team has a minimum 3 goal lead in the first half when play is halted, the match will be considered official and the score will be recorded as a final result

        2. If a match in progress is halted before the end of the first half and there is not a minimum 3 goal lead by either team each team will be awarded one (1) point with a 0-0 final result regardless how much time has elapsed in the first half. (If these matches are semifinal in a division with 6 teamsor the third scheduled match in a division with 4,5 or 8 teams, or any final matches they will resume when play restarts with a pk shootout to determine the result).

        3. If a match is not played at all a final result of 0-0 will be awarded
