IMPORTANT UPDATE (8/16/13 - 11:45 PM):

Due to weather and field closures, the 2013 AFC/AFU Challenge Cup is officially cancelled (BOYS & GIRLS). 

All venues McCurry, BSC, Scott Hudgens, George Pierce Park and Bunten Road are all officially closed. There was an attempt to keep fields open but the off and on again showers closed the parks.

Tournament committee will be meeting on Monday to discuss possible refund and discount options. Final decisions will be announced no later than Tuesday, August 20th.


CHECK-IN


1. In Person check-in (you can check in at either venue below regardless of where you are playing)


On-site check-in will be via the following sites:

McCurry Park North - 112 McDonough Rd., Fayetteville, GA (Building Behind Field #1)
Date: Friday, August 16th
Times: 5-8 PM

Scott Hudgens Park - 4545 River Green Parkway, Duluth, GA (Concessions Building Area)
Date: Friday, August 16th
Times: 5-8 PM
 

Online Check-In

Online Check In is now available for this event.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.

 You must scan documents or take digital photos to complete this process. We will help you through the rest! Please click the link below to begin:

Forms needed for registration are as follows:
  • Release of liability (1 copy) - located in the check-in section
  • Official State roster (1 copy) - 2013/2014
  • Player passes - 2013-2014 valid player passes are acceptable. 
  • Medical release forms - for review only 
  • Permission to travel/intent to travel for out of state teams (1 copy)
  • Four (4) copies of your game scorecards found in the check-in section
