9/25 GAME REMINDERS

Arrive for the game and Be in the field by 12:45p. Please come fully equipped with everything need to play.

We will play in the most field in the southwest corner (at the bottom corner of the L shaped fields).

Be sure to wear Greens today, but have black uniforms (shirts and shorts) as well, the team we're playing I think has a similar color uniform.

Also, the sun's out and it's a warmer day. Please make sure your player is set with sufficient water and sunscreen.

VSC CLUB TRAINING
 
All - 
 
The schedule for club training will be coming out shortly, but trainings will start next week.  
 
Right now, we will be scheduled for Friday afternoons from 5:30p to 7:00p and the trainings will run from next week through the end of the season (October 28th) at TJ Middle (behind Viking Arena - the soccer field).
 
As it is scheduled now, we will be the only team at this training session with Coach Luis Prado.  Coach Prado is a Columbian born player who holds a 'C' National Soccer Coaching License.  I have been to many of his trainings before with other teams, and the kids have a lot of fun and they do develop tangible and intangible skills from being there.  For those who may remember, this was the person I suggested we have do extra training with the kids last season.
 
Last season, we had pretty good attendance with players at training.  I would encourage and expect everyone to be at every training this season since this is such a good opportunity, even though it is Friday night.

GAME CHANGE STATUS

All -

The game for 9/18 has been rescheduled to 10/15 @ 3:45p. This game has been updated on the schedule, although it has not been updated on the NWISL site yet. So, no game this weekend.

To date, there has been no response to the game change request for the 10/2 game from Duneland.

I'll try and update the schedule to make it current tonight.

IMAGINATION GLEN FIELD LOCATION

All -

Our game tomorrow at Portage is at Imagination Glen. There are two entrances with soccer fields, which are basically the East and West entrances.

Go in the East entrance on 149 (the West entrances is on McCool). More than likely, the field is on the field just north and west of the parking lot).

I've updated the location on the website, but it seems to show the entrance just north of where it is. There is a sign at the entrance.

Please arrive ready to play on the field by 2p.
Connor Spagna - You had two games that you were looking at moving. Are those finalized? If so, can you post that information?
