      We are excited to announce our annual Fall Invitational Tournament,  November 1st through November 3rd, 2024! Come join us for a fun-filled weekend of competitive soccer matches on pristine fields. This unrestricted tournament is open to all US Club, USYS clubs, tournament teams and NCYSA carded teams.  We look forward to treating your players, parents and coaches to this event.

    • Wake FC Fall Invitational has teamed up with 365 Sports Travel to offer discounted hotel accommodations in Raleigh, North Carolina over the weekend of November 1-3rd.

      This is a STAY-TO-PLAY EVENT:

      Benefits of using 365 Sports Travel:

      • No contracts to sign
      • Guarantee the lowest rates
      • Reservation links are ready to send to families for ease of booking
      • Team Managers/Travel Coordinators will be able to monitor their team's reservations

       

      All teams traveling 75 miles or more MUST use our hotel partner, 365 Sports Travel for hotel accommodations.

      This means all participants (players, coaches, and team officials) who are traveling from out of town will agree to stay in the designated host hotels, which offer excellent accommodations and discounted rates. Team managers, coaches, etc. are responsible for making sure their team complies with the policy.

       

      WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...


      •GROUP BLOCKS: 365 Sports Travel will create a group block and booking link for your team which allows families to book their reservations.

      •DO NOT: contact the hotel directly to book rooms

      •When you complete your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from Event Pipe

      •CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: This can easily be done by CLICKING HERE

      •Hotels will send you a confirmation email and add your reservation to your rewards account (if applicable) the week of the event

      •ONLY CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY: to adjust your reservation if you are within 72 hours or less of your arrival date
