Tournament Check-In
All teams are required to complete Online Check-in no later than
6pm on Sunday, January 18
by submitting the team roster form located at the bottom of this page

There is no fee for online check-in. Tournament check-in for all teams will be conducted electronically.
In the subject line of the email, include your
COMPLETE TEAM NAME
,
AGE GROUP
and
GENDER
of the team.

This form is to be completed by any team that does not have US Club Cards/Rosters. We can not accept rosters issued by State Associations.
