Online Check-in Documents:
You will need to upload the following:
- Official Team Roster - Guest players/Club pass players can be written in on the roster. Guest players from other clubs must have the supporting documents.
- Player Passes / Coaches Passes
- Permission to travel – Required for Out of state US Youth Soccer teams only!
- Medical Release Forms - Managers will verify that you have in your possession, all the required medical forms.
All online check in must be completed by Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 @ 3pm
