• COVID-19 Refund Policy

      The safety of all families and players joining us for the 2021 BRSC OLOL Children's Hospital United Cup is important to BRSC. To help ease your concerns when registering for our tournament, we are offering a full refund of paid registration fees (less any credit card processing fees) if the United Cup is canceled before the start of the event due to COVID-19 federal, state, or local guidelines.

       

      If the BRSC OLOL Children's Hospital United Cup is canceled due to COVID-19, all participating teams will have the choice of the following:

       

      1. Transfer of 100% of the paid registration fees to the 2022 Team Automotive RedStick Tournament, or
      2. Refund of all paid registration fees (minus any credit card processing fees) via the method of original payment.
       

      The regular refund policy for the 2021 BRSC OLOL Children's Hospital United Cup will apply in all other situations not related to COVID-19.

        If a vaccinated player or coach notifies BRSC that they have come into contact/exposed to an individual that has been diagnosed with, tested for COVID-19:
         
        • Do NOT attend any BRSC events and notify Tournament Directors (Paul Fletcher and Alex Edwards) immediately
        • Affected individuals that have had significant exposure and are asymptomatic will self-monitor for a period of 10-days
        • It may be determined that affected individuals will be required to wear a face mask throughout the monitoring period
        • There is no mandated quarantine period for a vaccinated individual who has had direct, significant exposure to a COVID-19 positive person
        • If at any time the affected individual begins to exhibit symptoms of illness/COVID-19, they are to immediately self-isolate, and get a COVID-19 test performed.
           
        If an unvaccinated player or coach notifies BRSC that they have come into contact/exposed to an individual that has been diagnosed with, tested for COVID-19:
         
        • Do NOT attend any BRSC events and notify Tournament Directors (Paul Fletcher and Alex Edwards) immediately
        • Affected individuals that have had significant exposure and are asymptomatic will be quarantined for a period of 10-days and should monitor for symptoms during the quarantine period
        • If at any time the affected individual begins to exhibit symptoms of illness/COVID-19, they are to immediately self-isolate, and get a COVID-19 test performed.
         
        If a player, coach or immediate family member in the same household is diagnosed with, tested for or instructed by a physician to assume they have COVID-19: 
         
        • Do NOT attend any BRSC events and notify Tournament Directors (Paul Fletcher and Alex Edwards) immediately
        • Any team that is unable able to attend a BRSC event due to COVID-19 will follow the COVID-19 Refund Policy setout by BRSC.
