All Guest Players need the following documentation: * Teams registered through US Club Soccer may not use guest players registered through USYS Teams registered through USYS may not use guest player regsitered through US Club Soccer.  All players on a roster must be registered through the same association. USYS Guest Player Approval from State Association.  See your State Association's website for more details. US Club players need the US Club Player Loan form.  Found under the Documents tab on the tournament website. USYS or US Club Player Pass Approve out of State Travel Permit for USYS Teams with Guest Players included on roster.  US Club teams do not require this form. A copy of the player's Medical Release Completed Player Release for the tournament. Guest players will be entered onto the roster used for the tournament via online check in (SincCertified Roster).  All of the above documentation is required for the roster to be certifed by SincSports.
